General Troubleshooting
Audio & Connection Issues
Please take a screen recording of the connecting process and send it to support@bleequp.com. At the same time, if it's still not working, please go to your App, go to the Settings page and click"Log reporting". If you get this done, please let me know and send us your Nickname on the BleeqUp App, so that we can check more details on our side.
Also, tell us what the model of your mobile phone is.
When moving at high speed, go to App Settings > Sound Effects Settings and select Cycling Mode. BleeqUp notes that Cycling Mode increases speaker gain but may affect music sound quality.
If the microphone sound is unclear, please check if the microphone ports on the frame are blocked by dirt or debris, or contact our support team at support@bleequp.com.
BleeqUp states that Ranger has advanced wind-noise reduction to improve voice and audio clarity at speeds up to 40 km/h.
When adding the device, make sure the glasses are on, have power, are within 1.5m of the phone, and the phone’s Bluetooth is enabled. If the internal status LED is not flashing blue, long-press the buttons on both temples for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.
Make sure the glasses are powered on, charged, close to the phone, and in pairing mode with the internal Status LED flashing blue. Also make sure the phone’s Bluetooth is enabled.
Power & Recording Issues
If Ranger cannot power on, please try charging it first.
If you have another compatible charging cable, such as the charging cable from Power Plus, please try using that cable to check whether the issue is caused by the original charging cable.
If Ranger still cannot power on, please try long-pressing the right or left button, then connect the glasses to the charging cable again to see whether they can power on.
Check whether the Magnetic Charging Wire is attached in the correct direction. If the glasses have not been used for a long time, charge them for 3–5 minutes before trying again.
Battery performance varies depending on usage. At 100% battery, Ranger can record video for about 1 hour, play music for about 8 hours, or stay on standby for about 40 hours.
If music playback or video recording suddenly stops, you can try disabling Wear Detection in the BleeqUp App:
App → Settings → Wear Detection → Turn it Off
After Wear Detection is turned off, the touchpad should respond normally.
Please note that after disabling Wear Detection, the glasses will no longer power off automatically. To power off Ranger manually, press and hold the left button for 5 seconds, then release. Press any button to wake the glasses.
When listening to music or recording video, you will also need to manually pause playback or stop recording after removing the glasses. All other functions will continue to work as usual.
High-frame-rate video features, including 1080p60, 3K30, and 3K60, are currently available on iOS with iPhone 14 or later running iOS 18.7.5 or above. Android support is under development.
For blurry photos, BleeqUp notes that capture takes about 1.5 seconds after pressing the Capture button. Keep your head as still as possible until the photo prompt sound ends.
Check whether the Magnetic Charging Wire is attached in the correct direction.
Device, Firmware & Support
In high-power scenarios such as video recording and file transfer, the temples may become slightly warm. If the glasses get hot, avoid direct sunlight or high-temperature enclosed environments, pause use, and continue after the temperature returns to normal.
The warranty page states that all lenses are not covered by the warranty. The refund policy also excludes damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
For an abnormal state that cannot be recovered through a regular restart, long-press the left temple for 15 seconds to force shutdown, then connect the glasses to power to turn them on and complete the restart.
Go to App Settings > Firmware Version. If a new version is available, keep the phone and glasses close, enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, keep the app in the foreground, and follow the prompts. Charging during the update is recommended.
Provide your order number, model number or SKU, serial number, a video if available, app version if required, and a brief description of the issue.
