Indicates the main lens power used to correct nearsightedness or farsightedness. Keep the plus or minus sign.
Indicates the amount of lens power used to correct astigmatism.
Indicates the orientation of astigmatism correction, measured from 1° to 180°.
Indicates additional magnifying power for near vision. Enter it only if it appears on your prescription.
The distance between the centers of your pupils, measured in millimeters. It may be shown as a single or dual value.
OD refers to your right eye. OS refers to your left eye.

Your $69 purchase includes one pair of custom prescription lenses only. BleeqUp Ranger glasses and the Vision Correction Frame are not included with this item.
A Vision Correction Frame, also known as an RX insert, is included with every BleeqUp Ranger purchase. It is not included separately with the $69 custom prescription lens product.
The custom prescription lenses are packaged separately from the Vision Correction Frame. After receiving your lenses, install them into the Vision Correction Frame included with your BleeqUp Ranger.
These custom prescription lenses currently support single-vision prescriptions only. Traditional bifocal and progressive prescriptions are not supported.
The following prescription ranges are currently supported:
AXIS can be selected only when a CYL value is entered. ADD is optional; select 0.00 if no ADD value appears on your prescription.
Please have the SPH, CYL, AXIS and PD values for both eyes ready. ADD is optional. If your prescription does not include an ADD value, select 0.00. Enter every value exactly as provided by your optometrist or optician, including all plus and minus signs.
Single PD is one total measurement between the centers of both pupils. Dual PD provides separate measurements for the right and left eye. Select the same format shown on your prescription.
For example, 63 mm is a single PD, while 31.5/31.5 mm is a dual PD.
