Grant Goodman, an endurance cycling coach from the UK, wasn’t always the athlete he is today. Years ago, he led a sedentary lifestyle that left him unfit and overweight — a reality he knew he had to change, not only for himself but for his family.
Cycling became his turning point. In 2017, he launched his coaching business with a mission to help others achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
