Grant Goodman: How Cycling and BleeqUp Ranger Redefined Life

From Sedentary to Saddle

Grant Goodman, an endurance cycling coach from the UK, wasn’t always the athlete he is today. Years ago, he led a sedentary lifestyle that left him unfit and overweight — a reality he knew he had to change, not only for himself but for his family.

Cycling became his turning point. In 2017, he launched his coaching business with a mission to help others achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. His philosophy is simple: progress over perfection, and performance should enhance life, not overwhelm it. He believes in training that adapts to the individual — structured, data-driven, and grounded in the demands of real life.

One of his favorite routes is the Gorges de la Nesque in Provence, just south of the legendary Mont Ventoux — a road where breathtaking scenery meets relentless challenge.

Riding with Ranger AI Glasses

Grant first tried the BleeqUp 4-in-1 Ranger AI Sports Camera Glasses on a long-distance ride and was struck by how seamlessly they blended into his cycling experience. Streaming music while capturing photos and videos — all without stopping — transformed his rides into something more immersive and memorable.

“They’re not just glasses,” he says. “They’re like riding with a companion who carries a soundtrack and a camera for every mile.”

Capturing Challenges and Triumphs

The Ranger AI Glasses accompanied him on a 14-day, 850-mile ride from the top of Italy to the heel of the “boot.” Every climb, every descent, and every moment of grit and joy was documented, preserving the emotional highs and lows for his family to relive alongside him.

On a charity ride across Mallorca, Grant led a team of riders while wearing the glasses. The images and videos he captured not only reflected the spirit of the event but also became powerful tools for fundraising, helping the team support disadvantaged children on the island. In the promotional videos , Grant can be seen leading a team of riders-a moment that perfectly illustrates how the Ranger AI Glasses transform a ride into a story worth sharing.

Impact Beyond the Ride

Grant has already recommended the Ranger Ai Glasses to several clients— some of whom have become beta testers themselves. Whether riding through the sweeping roads of Provence or along a local training loop, he sees them as more than gear: they are a storyteller, a DJ, and a ride companion rolled into one.

For Grant, cycling has always been about more than numbers or distance — it’s about the moments in between. And now, those moments are never lost.
