Refund policy
1.Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to standardize after-sales services such as returns, exchanges, and repairs, and to improve the quality and level of after-sales services. This document is titled "BleeqUp After-Sales Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this policy").
2.1 Scope of Application
This policy ensures that customers can request after-sales services such as returns, exchanges, and warranty repair services for products purchased through BleeqUp's authorized sales channels.
2.2 Definitions
In this policy, Beijing Honor The Unknown Technology Co.,Ltd. and its affiliated subsidiaries are referred to as "we." "You" refers to the final consumer who purchases the products listed in section 2.3 of this policy, excluding dealers or resellers who purchase products for resale purposes.
2.3. Applicable Products
This policy applies to products purchased through BleeqUp's authorized sales channels.
3. Return and Refund Services
For products purchased on the official BleeqUp website, you may request a return and refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, with valid proof of purchase such as the original receipt or invoice, or from the delivery date if it is later than the purchase date. The return shipping cost will be borne by you, provided that the product is unused, undamaged in appearance, with intact packaging, and does not affect resale.
For products purchased on the official BleeqUp website that have manufacturing defects, you may contact the BleeqUp after-sales service team and request a return and refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the valid purchase proof or delivery date (if later than the purchase date). We will cover the return shipping cost. The original purchase price will be refunded to your account within thirty (30) calendar days after we receive the returned product.
For products purchased from official online stores on platforms such as Amazon or AliExpress, please refer to the respective platform's return and refund policies. You may contact the seller directly to confirm the specific terms.
For products purchased from other authorized BleeqUp sales channels, please contact the seller to confirm their return and refund policies.
3.1. Return and Refund Guidelines
When applying for a return and refund, please provide valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or invoice, and return the product with its original packaging along with all original accessories and gifts.
The returned items must be well-packaged, and all labels and markings on the product and accessories must be intact without any tears or alterations. Any gifts included must be returned together with the product.
Please return the complete set (including original packaging, all accessories, and gifts) along with valid proof of purchase, the original receipt, or invoice. The designated payee will be responsible for processing the refund.
Returns must be sent to the specified address, and shipping costs must be prepaid.
Unauthorized returns or cash-on-delivery returns without the seller's consent will be refused.
If the product to be refunded was purchased together with other products as part of a bundled discount, we reserve the right to cancel such discounts by deduction or revocation during the refund process.
3.2.Situations Not Eligible for Return and Refund
Failure to provide valid proof of purchase, original receipt, or invoice, or if there are signs of tampering or alteration.
Requests for return and refund for non-quality issues or without valid reasons made more than thirty (30) calendar days after the purchase date, based on valid proof of purchase, original receipt, invoice, or delivery date.
Returned products, packaging, accessories, gifts, or user manuals are not intact or complete.
Product defects or damage caused by human error, unauthorized modifications, incorrect installation, improper use, or failure to follow official instructions or manuals, which are only discovered after all appropriate testing.
Failure to ship the returned items within seven (7) calendar days after confirmation of the return and refund service.
Customers who have used the product within 30 days of receipt are not eligible for a return without valid reasons, unless the product itself has any defects or issues.
4. Exchange Service
For products purchased from the official BleeqUp website, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase (with valid proof of purchase, original receipt or invoice, or delivery date if the delivery date is later than the purchase date), if the product has a manufacturing defect, you may contact the BleeqUp after-sales service team to request a replacement. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
For products purchased from official stores on platforms such as Amazon or AliExpress, please refer to the platform's exchange policy. You may contact the seller directly for specific terms.
For products purchased through other sales channels, please contact the seller to confirm their exchange policy.
4.1. Exchange Guidelines
When requesting a replacement service, please provide valid proof of purchase, the original receipt, or invoice.
The returned item should be properly packaged, and the labels and all markings on the returned product and accessories must not show any signs of tampering or alteration.
When returning items for exchange, please return the complete set (including the original packaging and all accessories) along with valid proof of purchase, the original receipt, or invoice. After inspection and confirmation, you will receive a new product of the same model and specifications.
4.2. Situations Not Eligible for Exchange
Failure to provide valid proof of purchase, original receipt, or invoice, or evidence of tampering or alteration.
Replacement service requests made more than thirty (30) calendar days after the valid proof of purchase, original receipt, invoice, or delivery date.
Returned items for replacement have damaged or incomplete outer packaging or instruction manuals.
No quality issues were found in the returned replacement items after all appropriate testing.
Any product defects or damages caused by human error, unauthorized modifications, incorrect installation, improper use, or failure to follow official instructions or manuals, discovered after all appropriate testing.
Failure to ship the corresponding replacement item within seven (7) calendar days after replacement service confirmation.
5. Warranty and Repair Services
If the product has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, you may contact the BleeqUp after-sales service team or an authorized dealer/retailer. Upon verification of the quality issue, you can apply for free warranty repair service. BleeqUp provides a one (1) year free warranty service.
6. Warranty Period Definition
The warranty takes effect from the purchase date on the valid proof of purchase or the delivery date (if the delivery date is later than the purchase date).
After you receive the replacement service, the warranty period will start from the date of replacement, and valid replacement proof must be provided.
The warranty period for repaired or replaced parts is three (3) months from the date of repair or replacement, or the remaining warranty period of the original product, whichever is longer. (Note: This is the warranty period for parts only, not the entire product.)
7.1. The Following Situations Are Not Eligible for Free Warranty Service, But You May Choose Paid Repair Services
Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers.
Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage.
Products and parts found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.
Product damage caused by improper disassembly by the customer or unauthorized third parties.
7.2. Related Costs
Upon receiving the defective product sent by the customer, the BleeqUp Repair Center or its authorized repair center will inspect the product to determine whether it is covered under warranty. If the product's quality defect falls within the warranty scope, we will cover the inspection fee, material costs, labor costs, and shipping fees.
For products damaged due to human factors or those outside the warranty coverage, you will be required to pay the repair fee, parts cost, and one-way shipping fee when applying for repair service.
If you cancel the repair service for products damaged by human factors or those outside the warranty scope, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
8. Accessories After-Sales Service Terms
For BleeqUp product accessories you purchased, if within 30 days from the date of receipt you find any discrepancies, damage, missing items, or quality issues not caused by human factors, and can provide relevant proof, you may apply for return or exchange services through the BleeqUp after-sales service team or official stores. After verification, you will be eligible for return or exchange services; otherwise, it will be deemed that you have confirmed the items are undamaged, complete, and fully functional.
9. Other Notes
Unless otherwise specifically requested, do not return batteries that are severely damaged, such as those with damaged cells, swollen cells, or leaking. If such batteries are returned, BleeqUp will dispose of them.
Only products purchased from BleeqUp or its authorized dealers are eligible for after-sales services under this policy.
After-sales service for products purchased from BleeqUp dealers is provided by the respective dealers, while after-sales service for products purchased from BleeqUp's official online store is provided by the BleeqUp after-sales service team.
If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address or the recipient refuses to accept the goods, any resulting losses shall be borne by the customer.
If a return shipment is undelivered or refused, we will store the goods on your behalf. Any resulting storage fees or other possible charges shall be borne by you. If the goods remain unclaimed for more than thirty (30) calendar days, BleeqUp Repair Center reserves the right to make final disposition.
Before sending a product for repair, please carefully remove any personal items or decorations attached to the product (including but not limited to decorative stickers, paint, etc.). BleeqUp Repair Center is not responsible for any damage or loss of these personal items or decorations.
To protect your rights, please inspect the purchased product upon receipt for any damage (due to logistics or other reasons). If the product's outer packaging is damaged, please refuse to sign and have the courier return it. If the recipient authorizes the courier to deliver the package to a designated location without signing in person, any loss or damage resulting therefrom is the responsibility of the recipient.
If the outer packaging is intact but the product inside is damaged or abnormal due to logistics, please contact the BleeqUp dealer or BleeqUp after-sales service team within 24 hours to report the issue; otherwise, it will not be addressed.
