Warranty Policy
The warranty for BleeqUp Ranger AI Sports Glasses and its accessories is provided by BleeqUp. We offer a 12-month limited warranty for the complete product, starting from the date of delivery, with a valid proof of purchase.
This warranty only applies to products purchased directly from BleeqUp or its authorized resellers. It is not valid for products obtained from unauthorized sources. To be eligible for warranty service, a valid proof of purchase clearly indicating the purchase date is required. If a product is returned to us without a valid proof of purchase, we reserve the right to return the product to you at your own expense. Prepayment is required for return shipping, and if not prepaid, we will hold the product for 30 days for pickup.
If your product is found to be defective or malfunctioning under normal usage, we will either repair or replace the product, or update the software or services as necessary to restore it to its intended functionality under this warranty.
This warranty is only valid in countries or regions where BleeqUp ships and offers support. Our technical support team can assist with diagnosing and resolving product-related issues.

Exclusions – This Warranty Does Not Cover:
Products beyond the warranty period.
Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage not in accordance with the user manual.
Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or repairs by non-authorized personnel.
Products without valid warranty documentation or purchase invoice (unless otherwise proven to be within the warranty period).
Tampered or altered warranty certificates.
Product models on the warranty certificate that do not match the actual product.
Use of non-official or uncertified third-party accessories.
