General Troubleshooting
Power & Button Issues
Check whether the CR2032 button cell has enough power, whether it is installed with the correct polarity, and whether the battery cover is securely closed.

Pairing & Connection Issues
Make sure both the controller and glasses are powered on, within 1 meter of each other, and both have entered pairing mode. For the glasses, press and hold the Intercom Mute button and Capture button for 5 seconds until the internal Status LED flashes blue. For the controller, press and hold the Intercom Mute button and Capture button for 5 seconds until the Status Indicator LED flashes green.
The controller may disconnect if it is too far from the glasses. If it stays disconnected for more than 2 minutes, it will automatically power off to save power. Bluetooth signal interference may also cause a brief disconnection, but it should reconnect automatically.
