Payment Issues

If your payment cannot be completed at checkout, it may be caused by your card information, bank verification, payment provider, or a temporary checkout issue. Please check the common situations below and try the suggested solutions.

Card Information Errors

Your payment may fail if the card details entered at checkout are incorrect.

Common examples include:

  • Incorrect or invalid card number
  • Expired card
  • Expiry date entered in the wrong format
  • Incorrect CVV or security code
  • Invalid CVV format
  • Incorrect PIN

Please make sure your card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing details are entered correctly, then try again.

Billing Address or ZIP Code Mismatch

Some banks require the billing address or ZIP/postal code to match the information registered with your card.

Your payment may be declined if:

  • The billing address is incorrect
  • The ZIP/postal code does not match your card billing address
  • The name or billing details do not match your bank records

Please check your billing information carefully before retrying the payment.

Card Declined by Bank or Payment Processor

Sometimes a payment is declined by your bank or card provider, even if the card details are correct.

This may happen because of:

  • Bank security checks
  • Daily spending limits
  • International transaction restrictions
  • Insufficient funds
  • Card issuer risk control

Please try another card or contact your bank for more information.

3-D Secure Authentication Failed

Some payments require an additional bank verification step, such as 3-D Secure authentication.

Your payment may fail if:

  • The verification page was closed too early
  • The verification code was entered incorrectly
  • The bank authentication did not complete successfully
  • The verification request expired

Please try again and complete the bank verification step when prompted.

Payment Blocked for Security Reasons

In some cases, a payment may be blocked because it is flagged as high risk by the payment system.

This can happen due to security rules from the bank, payment processor, or checkout system. If this happens, please try another payment method or contact our support team for help.

Temporary Technical Processing Issue

A payment may fail because of a temporary connection or processing issue.

This may include:

  • Temporary payment gateway issue
  • Network interruption
  • Checkout page timeout
  • Payment provider processing error

Please refresh the page, wait a few minutes, and try again. You can also try using another browser, device, or payment method.

Inventory, Discount Code, or Gift Card Issue

Sometimes the checkout cannot be completed because the cart information changed during checkout.

This may happen if:

  • The item ran out of stock during checkout
  • The discount code expired
  • The discount code is no longer valid
  • The gift card balance is insufficient
  • The gift card is no longer valid

Please update your cart and check whether your discount code or gift card is still available.

Unable to Continue to Payment

If you cannot reach the payment step, the issue may be related to shipping or checkout settings.

For example:

  • No shipping rate is available for your address
  • Your shipping destination is not supported
  • The store is temporarily unable to accept payments
  • The selected payment method is currently unavailable

Please check your shipping address and try again. If the issue continues, contact our support team.

What You Can Try

If your payment fails, please try the following steps:

  1. Check that your card number, expiry date, CVV, billing address, and ZIP/postal code are correct.
  2. Try another card or payment method.
  3. Complete any bank verification step if prompted.
  4. Contact your bank to confirm whether the transaction was blocked.
  5. Refresh the checkout page and try again.
  6. Try another browser, device, or network.
  7. Make sure your discount code, gift card, and selected items are still valid.
